A quiet line
across the meadow.
For the look of the bridge I tried to keep it really simple — one slim wooden line across the small dip in the meadow, no big pillars, nothing fancy. I wanted it to feel like it has always been there.
Concept
Three moves.

Touch lightly
Two concrete abutments at the meadow edges. The lawn underneath remains undisturbed — no piers, no drainage works.

One clear span
A 24m clear span keeps the ravine open and lets snowmelt pass without obstruction.

Read as line
Slim profile — only 700mm structural depth — so the bridge reads as a drawn line from every approach.
